Covenant.dev is a gamedev creative house producing unique and original IPs that offer memorable experiences to gamers worldwide.

Our lean and agile structure, enhanced by extensive outsourcing, enables us to scale efficiently based on current needs. Covenant specializes in creating high-value game concepts, focusing on Vertical Slices. In addition to developing our own IPs, we provide expertise to third parties through Covenant Advisory services, which include strategic audits, product evaluations, brand creation, and more. Our core team draws on extensive experience from leading Polish gamedev studios such as CD Projekt RED and 11 bit studios.

Management

Stan Just
CEO & Game Director

Stan Just is a committed game developer with over 13 years of experience in the industry.
As a game producer, he worked for Reality Pump Studios on the Two Worlds series and for 11 bit studios on the Anomaly series. At CD Projekt RED, Just managed teams creating The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and its expansions, contributing to one of the most acclaimed video games in history. He also sat on the management board of the Polish Games Association, European Federation of Game Developers, and GameINN Steering Committee.
He shares his experiences through workshops, lectures and presentations, and articles. He is a Psychologist at the Jagiellonian University and graduated from the prestigious Executive MBA program at UQAM / SGH.

Supervisory Board

Marlena Babieno
Chairman

She is associated with the gaming industry since 2011. Since 2016, she has been the President of the Management Board and Partner of the Blite Fund, specializing in the video games industry. She sits on supervisory boards in technology companies.

Aleksandra JarosiƄska
Vice-chairman

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the Warsaw School of Economics. Her professional career has been dedicated to advising investment funds on international markets. Associated with the Blite Fund, where she works as a lawyer on a daily basis.

Tomasz Michno
Member

Tomasz Michno graduated from the University of Economics in Cracow, majoring in Economics. After graduation, he started his career as an assistant store manager before transitioning to finance. Starting from a Fund Accountant position at State Street Bank, he later moved to HSBC to work as a Product Controller.
